Our Area
We have met with people who have concerns about their fresh water from one end of the province to the other.
These concerns were about seismic activity possibly damaging water wells near Rimbey, waterflood applications from ValleyView to Provost, coalbed methane concerns from the mountains to the prairies, contaminated water tables from Spruce View to Bodo, and many areas in between.
Some people start their own groups on the same format that we use to meet the concerns in their areas, some people just need clarification of their rights, and some people just need someone to really listen and understand their concerns while they are trying to protect and preserve fresh water in their areas.
Because water does not stay in one place, we feel our concern for fresh water must be province-wide and we are willing to advise others with the experience we have gathered so far.
